It allows you to update bank information instantly and use the same paper stock for multiple accounts. You can even print signatures! All printing is guaranteed to be in accordance with current American Banking Association (ABA) standards. Our complete printing solution consists of printer hardware, Crystal Design Services, MICR toner, blank laser security check stock and matching envelopes, providing end-to-end security, control, quality, reliability, flexibility and cost savings.

Key lock (only available on DIMM based solutions)
Using digital signatures on documents offers a great advantage by increasing business efficiency and reducing document processing time. To protect negotiable documents, like checks, Altec offers a physical Key lock added to your printer. The Key lock option provides extra security through a hardware locking key that allows printing only when enabled.

With Altec's Key lock option and DIMM, access to signatures used to create checks can be controlled. The DIMM snaps into the memory upgrade slot of your HP LaserJet printer. The Key lock is accessed through the back of the printer.
